He was booked solid and yet managed to get 4 loads of water delivered for the 4th of July holiday weekend. Highly recommend this business. My compliments to the driver too. Someone who picks up the phone, can talk through the process, answers questions, and then supplies delivery-date options. On delivery day, I got a confirmation call, followed by an on-time seamless delivery with a friendly knowledgeable driver (Joshua). “From start to finish, my experience with Durkin Propane couldn’t have been more perfect. We had been asking our former propane company to give us appropriately sized tanks with gauges for over 7 months. Durkin took care of this–2 tanks–within a couple of days. Also, I finally got a new stove (they’re rare during COVID shutdowns). When I called my former supplier (who we’d been with for over 20 years) they told me they couldn’t do a stove hook-up for another 10 days. I’d already been without a stove for 3 weeks. I called Durkin. They didn’t know me from a hole in the wall, but they came within 2 days of my stove’s delivery. It was delivered on Saturday and they arrived on Monday–on time–and replaced both tanks and hooked up my stove. Perfection! And everyone from the person I spoke to on the phone to the service/delivery guys were just so nice and accommodating. I’m so pleased.”
